    will play a pivotal role in our educational technology sales initiatives which include, career placement

    sales and BA sales.

    Position Overview:

    The Sales Executive is responsible for leveraging marketplace platforms to drive sales. They identify opportunities, negotiate deals, optimize product listings, and ensure customer satisfaction, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Sales Promotion and Growth

    ● Identify potential marketplace platforms suitable for sales activities, considering target audience demographics and product/service offerings.

    ● Develop strategies to maximize sales within the marketplace, including pricing, promotion, and product positioning.

    ● Create compelling product listings with detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing to attract potential customers.

    ● Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of strategies.

    ● Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues or concerns to ensure positive customer experiences and foster repeat business.

    ● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product listings and promotional campaigns for maximum visibility and sales.

    ● Stay updated on marketplace trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

    ● Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies accordingly.

    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and partners to leverage additional resources and support for sales initiatives.

    ● Continuously adapt sales tactics and approaches based on marketplace dynamics and feedback to drive sustainable revenue growth.

    Qualifications:

    ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,, or a related field (Master's preferred).

    ● At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and business development.

    ● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    ● Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.

    ● Proficiency in CRM and community management tools.

    ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
