    Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management.

    The company is building disruptive proprietary platforms for stakeholders such as developers, financial institutions, and agents.

    Square Yards facilitates over 15,000 transactions worth US$1 billion annually and has successfully transitioned to the global landscape, with a significant portion of revenues coming from international markets.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru.

    The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, and providing training on products and services.

    Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in sales management and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company.

    Qualifications

    Excellent communication skills
    Proven track record in customer service
    Experience in sales or related field
    Ability to provide training and support
    Strong sales management skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
