Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales related responsibilities
Call on the data and convert it into sales.
Create new client base for the organization.
Attending to the inbound calls and converting them into sales.
Schedule appointments for patients/clients:
Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into the CRM (address, telephone
number, requirements of the patients etc.)
Perform a need assessment as to what services are the best suitable for a particular
client and promote them accordingly.
Inform the caller about the charges, facilities covered, dos and donts, service flow and
payment terms.
Frequent follow ups with the caller to convert them into sales.
Scheduling audio/video interaction between the client and the staff with the help of the
coordinators.
Answer questions and offer other information, as requested, to provide patient-focused
service and a positive impression of the organization
