Job Overview

We are hiring a HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our company. This is a full-time position and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates using various recruitment techniques and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to optimize recruitment efforts.
Assist in the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
