    Description

    Role/Job Title: Lead-Product Owner

    Function/ Department: Transaction Banking Group

    Job Purpose: To develop, structure, and customize cash management products/services (Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels) and provide top-notch solutions to clients. Develop new products based on evolving customer needs & conduct ongoing research on new product development & market conditions.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Defining the vision - Researching Fin-techs, Banking, E-commerce, and other leading apps to discover the best customer experience in both tech and non-tech aspects.
    • Managing product backlog - Defining, detailing, and prioritizing the product backlog throughout the financial year with a focus on delivering value periodically.
    • Ideating, innovating, and implementing new products relevant in the ecosystem for mutual benefit to the Bank and customers.
    • Optimizing customer engagement funnels.
    • Implementing Business funnels.
    • Enabling Fin-techs & partnerships integrations.
    • Product/Feature backlog management.
    • Delivery prioritization.
    • Squad level cost & Efficiency management.
    • Productivity & capacity management.
    • UI/UX & accessibility.
    • Bugs backlog management.
    • Delivery & internal impediments.
    • Campaign enablement.
    • Customer communication Enablement.
    • Creating value for end users.
    • Backlog prioritization.

    Educational Qualifications:

    Graduation: Any Graduate

    Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree

    Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
