    Description

    Key Skills

    • Knowledge of Capital Markets including Equities, Fixed Income, Traditional Assets, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Corporate Actions, and Dividends.
    • Experience in Process Transitions, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and Conducting Knowledge Assessment Tests.
    • Problem-solving abilities to find solutions and mitigate risks effectively.
    • Understanding of Trade Life Cycle and back-office accounting systems like internal investment platforms, custodian reporting tools, Bloomberg, and Reconciliation applications.
    • Capability to analyze process flows, identify gaps, and offer improvements.
    • Client and People Management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS-Excel and the MS Office Suite.
    • Collaborative approach towards teamwork and achieving common objectives.
    • Willingness to work in US shift timings.

    Key Duties

    • Meeting Service Delivery Levels in Process Turnaround time, Productivity, Accuracy, and Attendance.
    • Documentation maintenance including Production, Customer, Quality, Training, and Knowledge management artifacts.
    • Ensuring integrity of Standard Operating Procedures and other process-related documents.
    • Conducting Process Trainings, monitoring progress of new hires, and preparing necessary reports.
    • Creating Dashboards for status updates and performance reviews for Clients and Internal stakeholders.
    • Managing team members' leaves and rosters while offering coaching and mentoring.

    Providing daily performance reports to external clients and implementing cost-effective process improvement projects.

    • Handling Trade settlements, Wire Movements, income events, and addressing client queries promptly.
    • Resolving discrepancies between internal systems and Custodian reports and managing mailbox communication.
    • Collaborating with Clients and operational departments for smooth transaction processes.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or Statistics.
    • Minimum 5 years of BFS Domain experience, preferably in Investment or Wealth Management.

    Certification in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Asset & Wealth Management is a plus.
