    Looking for Graduate/PG Management Trainees for a highly innovative next gen global product within The team will be part of the founders office who will work closely with the founders on growth strategies, product roadmap, research and deep brainstorming & executing.

    The position will be 100% WFO and strong work ethics are desired.

    This is an extremely selective role, and an ideal candidate should be extremely sharp, hands on, with execution experience, and an aspiring founder / PM in SaaS or GenAI space.

    Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings and events
    • Help manage special projects and initiatives, taking ownership of specific tasks as assigned.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • Act as a liaison between the founder and other team members, departments, and external partners.
    • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights to support business growth and innovation.
    • Learn from the founder's experience and expertise, seeking opportunities for mentorship and professional Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
    • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
    • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
    • Prior internship or work experience in a business or administrative role is preferred but not required.
    • Must be eligible to work in Bangalore HSR layout.
