Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our principal range of detergent product ingredients, developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors.

Position: Sales Manager - Fragrance Division (Fabric Care/ Laundry/ Soap & Detergent)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and distributors.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management team on sales activities, market trends, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Chemical Industry.

• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, specifically in the fragrance industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.

Location: North Region

Experience: 3-4 Years

Salary: As per industry norms
