    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling ECS registration\ transaction process Responsible to send ECS mandates for registration Reconciliation to be performed to clear all pendency
  • Resolution of Queries
  • Solving queries to customer's satisfaction
  • Initiate process to reduce frequent queries
  • Data Analysis:
  • Help in Root cause analysis complaints received
  • Operationalise new ECS requirements Understand requirements, design formats, deploy formats
  • Audit, Compliance and NPS
  • Initiate new projects/ process to improve performance
  • Identify process initiatives towards positive impact
  • Coordination with IT & MIS preparation
  • Data collations in the required formats from IT extracts
  • Analysis and publish of MIS
  • Monitor performance metrics and process improvement initiatives that require management focus
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports /extracts.
  • Manage ad-hoc requirements MIS
  • Provide MIS support for new initiatives.

    • Measure of Success:

  • Ensure the required TATs are met with productivity
  • Run timely and accurately ECS registration and transaction process.
  • Response time to satisfy ad-hoc queries.
  • Effectiveness in understanding the business requirement
  • Supervisor Feedback

    • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree / PG
  • Computer course from Reputed institute

    • KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Customer centricity & Servicing attitude
  • System Savvy - High on MS Excel and MS Access (Preferable),
  • Knowledge / Exposure to Dashboard systems
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to Collate and Analyze Large volume of data
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skill attitude
  • Expected to have Good Communication skills
