    Working days :- Monday to Saturday

    Work Timing:- UK 8-6pm / ISD 1:30 pm till 11:30 pm

    Job Description:

    The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Customer and will be responsible for supporting the Production, administration staff, IT Developers, communication, reporting and following up the needs & undertaking a variety of tasks to support his vision, strategy, and tactics.

    Responsibilities & duties:

    • l Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings & appointments, Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage changes.
    • l Information Management: Maintain organized files and databases, ensuring easy access to important documents and information. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • l Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings. take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
    • l Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
    • l Act as follow-up Manager across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
    • l Collaborate effectively with all staff and Vendor.

    Preferred candidate profile

    • Any Graduate
    • Any past experiences dealing with foreign customers or companies is a must
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives or directors.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
    • Maintain 100% confidentiality, demonstrate diplomacy and tactfulness.
    • Accountable and committed to the task in hand.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
