JOBOVERVIEW ABusiness Process Outsourcing (BPO) Team Lead plays a crucial rolein managing and overseeing the operations of a team involved inoutsourcing business processes
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a BPO environment is typically essential.
This could include experience as a team member or in asupervisory/leadership role. Minimum 1 year of experience isrequired as a Team Leader in OutboundSales. Demonstratedsuccess in meeting or exceeding performance targets andmetrics.
QUALIFICATIONS

EducationalBackground:
Abachelors degree in business management or a related field is oftenpreferred
2LeadershipSkills:
Strongleadership and people managementskills. Ability tomotivate coach and mentor team members to achieve performancegoals. Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.

Customer Focus:
Astrong understanding of customer service principles and acommitment to delivering excellent customerexperiences

Theability to identify and solve problems efficiently both at theindividual team member level and in terms of overall processimprovement
RESPONSIBILITIES
1TeamManagement:
Supervision: Provide direct supervisionand leadership to the BPO team ensuring that team members areperforming their tasks efficiently and meeting performancetargets
Trainingand Development:
Identify training needsand provide necessary training to team members. Foster anenvironment of continuous learning and skilldevelopment.

PerformanceMonitoring:
Metrics Tracking: Monitor keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that the team meets orexceeds performance targets and service level agreements(SLAs)
3 ClientInteraction:
Client Relationship Management: Serve asa point of contact between the BPO team and the client addressingclient concerns and ensuring clientsatisfaction
Understanding Client Requirements:
Understand the clients business requirements and ensurethat the team delivers services in accordance with theserequirements
4Reporting:
GenerateReports:Prepare and present regular reports on team performance trends andany other relevantmetrics
Analysis:
Analyze data to identify patterns and areas forimprovement.
