- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in niche hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized IT roles.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to networking, social media, job boards, and Boolean searches.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience working remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods and tools, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
