    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at Blueberry Tech Solutions India Pvt Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their technical needs and maintaining the highest level of support and service.

    Qualifications

    Primarily Responsible for the Network implementation & Support at Client's site.

    Provide hands-on technical support & troubleshooting.

    Working Exp of NGFW- (CISCO/ FortiGate/ Sophos)

    Working Exp of Cisco / Aruba products like switches, routers, Access points, Wireless Controllers.

    Knowledge on Fortinet, Extreme switches configuration.

    Experience in implementing LAN /WAN Switching environments and resolving problems associated with it.

    Experience in Configuring VPN as Site to Site and Remote Access

    Exposure on configuration & troubleshooting various Tunnel methods like SSH/P2P/IPSEC

    Good Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching protocols, HA & Load balancing concepts.

    Good knowledge and hands-on experience of switching protocols STP, Stacking, VSS, VTP, HSRP, TCP flags, and routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP and BGP

    Working experience on Ether channel/ Link Aggregation.

    Working expertise on Wireless controllers / access points installation, configuration, and up-grades

    Working expertise on firmware or OS upgrades, troubleshoot and fixes of network hardware, software and configuration issues

    Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management is a plus

    Job Location - Bengaluru (Candidate must be flexibl to travel to other cities to support customers)
