    Description

    Mandatory Exp :
    Tribal SITS Application Support ONLY


    About the job :


    A SITS Support engineer must have at least 1-3 years SITS development experience within Higher Education and/or University and will have strong knowledge and experience of developing through all core SITS functions/implementation lifecycle.


    • A good understanding of the data structures of SITS platform.
    • Must have worked to support the management and maintenance of SITS Platform including L2/L3 Incidents/Bug fixing/Upgrades & patching.
    • Experience of web functionality including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON/XML knowledge of e:Vision style sheets.
    • Knowledge of writing stored procedures, batch job scripts using SQL / Oracle ,data intensive imports /exports, Monitoring scans/health checks and generating reports using SSRS
    • Periodic deployments to Production
    • Basic understanding of ITSM/Tools used to manage incidents and take it to closure within defined SLA's.

    Good to have :

    • Knowledge on Oauth /RBAC (Role based access control) to ensure secure access to student data.
    • Experience in Integration and middleware using Enterprise Service Bus and Apache Camel
