- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in sales of rotary equipment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Responsible for inquiry generation, preparation & Submission of Proposal apart from techno-Commercial discussion & Order finalization.
- Handling Govt Tenders & knowing Consultants in the field of Power, Steel, Water, Cement will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team in future.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels apart from having Customer Project/Competition updates.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software & Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
- Ability to review of Pre & post order documents (GAD, Data Sheet, QAP...) to help smooth execution of the project.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales of rotary equipment.
