    Team Lead of Account Management - Mumbai, India - MGID

    Job DescriptionMGID isa global advertising platform helping brands reach unique localaudiences at scale. In MGID we empower brands and publishers towork together transparently through our privacyfirst targetingtechnology to enable advertisers to drive performance and awarenessand publishers to retain and monetize their audiences. Today werecreating unique technologies and with your help we are looking toaim even higher.What YoullDo:

    • develop MGIDs presence in theIndia within an account managers scope ofcompetence;
    • works on the strategic developmentof the assigned country with different teams (their localrepresentatives);
    • perform analysis andprojections creation plans and executes growth models for potentialbusiness opportunities and constantly refreshes knowledge regardingthe specific country;
    • executes principles andprocesses of sales funnels building in accordance with globalfunctional standards & principles (to resolve clientsissues to the functional principles);
    • performscompetitors analysis competitive issues products and industrytrends on the assigned country;
    • works in a teamon new ads products promotion develops country and uses industrysnew opportunities;
    • executes businessdevelopment operations within own functional responsibility toensure country target deliverables (adaptation of clients pitchesprioritize product focus);
    • executes midterm andlongterm goals based on global business developmentstrategy;
    • shares the knowledge about thepeculiarities of the country with newcomers and checks theirunderstanding
    • leads the process of developing astrategy for TOP clients in India
    • providesquarterly monthly weekly reports or reports upon request regardingthe current results issues workflow processes of theteam;
    • performs immediate reporting regardingall nonstandard issues with clients;
    • gathersand organizes information obtained from working on team projects toanalyze the results and difficulties from working on theproject
    • share the progress of other teammembers regarding adapting new information completing the tasksetc.

    Requirements

    WhatYoull Do:

    • 3 or more years ofexperience in a similar role is amust
    • Knowledge and understanding of globaladvertising market tendencies and trends modern technology andtechnology evolutions forecasts
    • Knowledge ofdigital advertising market specifics including digital mediaenvironment (structure types of clients knowledge of clients& customers business models)
    • Deepunderstanding of a product and its technical and integrationpeculiarities (integration through pixels thirdparty tags postbacksGA integration)
    • Knowledge of practices forcooperation with different types of advertisers affiliates brandsagencies and global brands;
    • 2 years ofexperience in Adtech/Martech
    • Experience inoperational processes establishment and maintenance (especially inLegal and finance fields) procedurecreation
    • Experience in implementing complexdigital projects
    • Strategic and criticalthinking in effective decisionmaking effectively analyzesinformation and uses predictive analytics to make decisionsperforms retrospectives
