JobSummary:As aState Sales Manager your primary objective is to drive sales growthand broaden the customer base within the study visa travel visawork visa and PR (immigration) sector. Rolesand Responsibilities:Yourdutiesentail:

Prospecting:Identifying and monitoring potential customersensuring timely payments and expanding business through agents.Establishing a systematic approach to prospect outreach andmonitoring its efficacy.
NewAgent Acquisition &Development: Formulatingplans for targeted area coverage devising strategies to onboard newagents within specified timelines and managing contractualagreements with them.
Key AccountManagement: Creatingand executing sales strategies for key accounts meeting salestargets negotiating trade terms and maximizing sales throughcrossselling/upsellinginitiatives.
Sales InformationSystem: Utilizing salesdata to analyze trends and plan future sales activities moreeffectively.
CompetitionManagement: Monitoring competitors activities andproviding feedback to enhance our ownstrategies.
Trade Terms &Sales Operations:Finalizing trade agreements and ensuring smoothorder processing supply chain management and paymentcollection.
