- Guiding and empowering indirect sales channels by motivating and assisting industrial vacuum dealers in the assigned region to achieve their sales targets.
- Enhancing dealer skills through regular training sessions on vacuum sales strategies, applications, and products.
- Recruiting, retaining, and nurturing Dealerships in the allocated area.
- Planning sales promotion initiatives such as customer meetings, seminars, email campaigns, and participation in exhibitions. These plans are to be devised annually and executed periodically with proper preparation.
- Coordinating with Customer Service Operations (CSO) to ensure prompt order execution and part delivery.
- Updating visits, quotes, and customer interactions on C4C promptly.
- Submitting monthly reports for yourself and dealers proactively for enhanced business support.
- Following up with logistics to ensure timely invoicing and order delivery.
- Ensuring timely submission, approval, and processing of credit notes.
- Being a team player, observing market dynamics and competitor activities, and sharing insights during monthly review meetings.
- Adhering faithfully to the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission, and core values, as well as the Business Code of Conduct and communicated policies and procedures.

If you're a sales enthusiast, this role puts you in charge of expanding the business for Victorian industrial vacuum pump solutions in the designated territory of North India (including Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Delhi NCR).
