    The role is s a permanentposition with a product base FMCG Firm based out of Mumbai as ahybrid mode ofworking

    SkillsRDS(Remotedesktop support)Intune Autopilot VDI Airwatch MDM(Mobile devicemanagement)VMWare.
    10years of Experience intotal
    Architect design and manage various technologies in
    EUC.

    (Terminal Service MDMAnalyticsand VMware Horizon and fewmore) Develop best practices guidelines fortech community within the organizationShould be able to develop Architecture guidelines &share with team for execution ProvideTechnical and Operational Governance across the End User Computingenvironment.

    Design enhance and implementthe End User Compute platform and infrastructuretosupport the requirements of the businesswith an eye for continual improvementincludingspeed of delivery and userexperience.

    Work with other technologygroups to streamline effective processes and drivecontinuousimprovement for EUC infrastructureservices and support. Define the EUCroadmap Review and approve of allmaintenance requests service requests changerequests.

    Review of incidents and root causeanalysis Efficiently design and maintaintools like
    VMware Horizon VRA SCCMSystrack and BeyondTrustoperation Terminal Services and
    MDM Providesupport for existing and new operating systems (Desktop andServer) Ensure appropriate documentation isin place and updated with latest versionAble to drive the scrum meetings & reviews of backlogs The candidate should have strong customerservice skills articulating policies andproceduresconfidently attention to detailexcellent communication and troubleshooting skills abilitytowork under tight timelines and willingnessto challenge/question with courage.
