    Technical Sales Engineer

    Steel Sales Job in TMT steel bars, short for Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars, are a crucial component in construction and infrastructure projects,One of the key advantages of TMT steel bars is their high tensile strength, which makes them suitable for withstanding heavy loads and structural stresses. They also exhibit excellent bendability and weldability, allowing for flexibility in design and construction.

    One Of the Key Steel Bars, manufacturing unit for customization of steel reinforcement bars as per ustomers' requirements, i.e. readymade steel,currently looking to Recruit a techno-commercial sales officer who can both explain the technical benefits of readymade steel and interact with customers effectively on commercial terms.

    Steel Sales Job Responsibilities

    • Visit 10 construction sites weekly.
    • Meet stakeholders, explain ReadyBuild benefits, and submit visit reports.
    • Visit 4-6 influencers weekly, follow a structured explanation, and submit reports.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline, target the right audience, and ensure sales growth.
    • Monthly visits to existing sites for satisfaction and testimonials.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers, prospects, and influencers.
    • Provide commercial proposals, monitor sales KPIs, and attend sales reviews.
    • Perform assigned sales tasks like follow-ups, conversions, and issue resolution.

    Job Requirement

    • Deliver exceptional service, address needs promptly, and resolve issues proactively for customer satisfaction.
    • Clearly communicate technical benefits, simplify complex information, and align with customer requirements.
    • Utilize negotiation techniques, understand priorities, and balance profitability with customer value.
    • Maintain professionalism in reporting, ensure accuracy in communications, and uphold trust in customer interactions.
    • Organize customer interactions efficiently, manage leads, and maintain effective communication within teams.
    • Ready to travel within Mumbai, handle logistics efficiently, and surpass sales targets with a collaborative approach.
