    Description

    Job Title: Global Sales Director

    We're offering an exciting opportunity for the Director of Global Sales to join our team In this role you will be an individual contributor driving large, complex global wins.

    Elife is A platform to book any type of ground transportation services globally, Group/event transportation, non-emergency medical transportation, Pet shipping and relocation, Wheelchair assistance, student transportation, Bilingual chauffeurs for non-English speakers.

    • You are responsible for generating new business, driving complex global wins across OTAs , Large enterprises, DMC , TMC and large corporates.
    • You work closely with existing client management team as well as Elife's global B2B sales teams.
    • You will report to the Vice President Sales.
    • A snapshot of this opportunity

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the strategic sales plan for an extended sale cycle.
    • Drive profitability of new business sales, developing prospective leads and researching clients' needs and wishes.
    • Develop long term business relationships at senior level, making recommendations for improvements and ensuring cost effective solutions meet client objectives.
    • Direect and support sales, overseeing the entire proposal process, including pricing and service configuration plans.
    • Deliver and oversee customer presentations, handle in-depth negotiations, close sales, and ensure successful implementations.
    • Represent Elife and engage in speaking at trade show events, conferences etc.
    • Forecast with accuracy and maintain detailed records through effective use of Customer Relationship Management and other technologies How you can set yourself apart.

    What we are looking for

    • 10 + years of Extensive senior level sales experience within a travel, airline, or ground transport management company
    • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and winning profitable accounts.
    • Able to easily build and develop long lasting relationships.
    • Execellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • You are a first-class presenter who can address and engage in a high-level audience.
    • 5 + years of direct experience in b2b Sales
    • Exhibit ability to coach, mentor and develop sales talent.
    • Professioanl with sales tool: Sales force, HubSpot, CRM tool etc.
