    Summary ofFunctions Responsible forSales and Marketing function for all Products andServices. Awareness on Products such asAutomatic fire detection and suppression Seat belt reminder Rearvision camera system Driver fatigue monitoring system Proximitysensor Auto dipper and AV Alarm Portable fire extinguishers Inerexsystems and Emergency tripping system. HeadMarketing is responsible for all Identify Opportunities forexisting and new business; Interaction with all Customer Segments& Groups; Customer Relationship Management; Ensure CustomerAccess and Support; Complaint Management; Customer Satisfaction andEngagement; Market Data and Market Intelligence; Technical andCommercial Bids; Costing andPricing.
    Qualifications andExperience MBA Marketing(Preferably) or Bachelor s degree in any stream with 815 years ofexperience in marketing. Experience in anyManufacturing organization in the field of Aerospace AutomotiveEngineering Industries in Tier1 / OEM/Medium ScaleOrganisation. Experience in all MarketingFunctions of Identify Opportunities Interacting with CustomersCustomer Relationship Management Customer Support Costing andPricing TechnoCommercial role Experience inISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 27001 and AS 9100 Systems related toMarketing functions ExceptionalCommunication Skills Interpersonal Skills IT Skills SoftSkills Experience in Training andDevelopment of Marketing and SalesTeams.
    Essential Duties andResponsibilities Identify NewOpportunities for Products and Services existing and newbusiness. Identify new Products leveragingKnowledge Core Competency Assets and Supplierbase New Opportunities Identification byparticipating in Exhibitions meeting new customers and increasingthe existing customer base Interact withCustomers and understand the CustomerRequirements Interact with Customers of allMarket Segments and Groups frequently or asappropriate Ensure Marketing CollateralsBrochures Flyers Email Marketing materials Websites are all up todate on Products and Services and CustomerEngagement. Monitor Sales Pipeline for allBusiness Verticals and take appropriate measures to utilizeavailable Capacity. Monitor Enquiry Registerand conclude the Business Proposal with WinLossAnalysis Interact with Internal Teams andMarketing Personnel for Costing and Price Finalization of Tendersor Enquiries or RFQs/RFPs Ensure ContractReview is completed and Sale Orders and Work Orders are created fornew Orders. Monitor Progress of New andExisting Orders on regular basis and raise concerns for delaysquality or cost escalations to respective BV Head asappropriate. Monitor Customer Complaints andensure CAR and closure Ensure repeat ordersfrom Customers for AMCs/New Products/ Services asappropriate. Gather Market Data Competitioninformation Market Intelligence from Win Loss Analysis IndustryMagazines Competition Websites Business News Customer InteractionsExhibitions and Conferences Information in Public Domainetc. Report measures on 100% OTD and ZeroCustomer Complaints in coordination with respective BVHeads.
    Ensure compliance to ISO 14001 ISO45001 ISO 27001 and AS 9100 Systems related to Marketingfunction.
