    Job Overview

    We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter in Agriculture Industry As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment
    • Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong understanding of job requirements and ability to assess candidate qualifications
    • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize workload
    • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
    • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
    • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
    • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
