Sales Function: Sales
Reporting to: Chief Passive Business
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for owning, managing and driving total passive business (ETFs, Index Funds and Fund of Funds) through consultative engagement with Retail distributors.
Key Deliverables:
1.Responsible for achieving sales targets and development of passive funds market
2. Should be able to reach to the IFA & ND channel partners RIAs, PFs/Superannuation funds and select partners on his own or with the help of the respective stakeholders of the Zone/ Regions
3. Create lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition - Organize events with partners and retail customers to drive sales of mutualfund products. Events include knowledge sessions, meetups, workshops etc
4. Build customer relationships - Develop and strengthen relationships with all intermediaries as well as direct clients
5. Regularly educate and inform the team on the ground about the latest ETF developments by conducting sessions on a periodic basis.
6. Managing the region with complete ownership of developing the passive business in the region to substantial level.
Role Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline
Experience: 10+ Years of in mutual fund sales/relevant work experience
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Passive Funds (Index Funds and ETFs) at a regional level. o IT Skills: MS Office, Presentation & Oratory Skills o NISM: MF -VA and PMS - XXI-A
