    Job Description:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Workspace Consultant to join our team.

    As a Google Workspace Consultant, you will be responsible for providing production support, incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, ticket analysis, and reporting for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) environment.

    You will ensure the smooth operation of Google Workspace services and provide 24x7 support to address any issues that may arise.

    Responsibilities :


    • Provide production support for Google Workspace services, including incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, ticket analysis, and reporting.
    • Ensure 24x7 support availability to address critical issues and minimize downtime.
    • Work closely with the Level 1 support team to resolve escalated issues and provide guidance as needed.
    • Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Google Workspace administration, Gmail, RTC (Real-Time Collaboration), Collab (Collaboration tools), and Billing.
    • Configure Gmail settings, including POP (Post Office Protocol), and have a solid understanding of SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail), and DMARC (Domainbased Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance).
    • Configure and troubleshoot email services using protocols such as SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3), and Exchange.
    • Perform Gmail migrations from other email platforms to Google Workspace.
    • Configure and troubleshoot Google Workspace DNS settings, including adding MX records, DMARC, DKIM, and managing mail subscriptions.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest features and updates in Google Workspace, including thirdparty tools and integrations.
    • Utilize your 5+ years of experience in Google Workspace support to provide indepth knowledge and expertise in Gmail, Admin, Collab, Billing, and mail migration services
