    JobDescriptionWe are looking for someone who can makegreat video promos. We rely heavily on great writing to producemotion graphic style ads using Gen AI. This is what you willdo.

    Responsibilities:
    • Youwill work on creating short video promos for Audio shows(trailers). A promo is a 13 min long video content piece that isbuilt from a 30hour long audio show.
    • You willlook at broad market trends and content preferences of existing andnew users and make promos accordingly.
    • You willcreate ideate and conceptualize the content of these promos. Amajority of your time will be spent on writing these promos in away that they can capture the users attention. Then work withvoiceover artists (VOs) sound engineers (Sound Design) and videoartists to bring the promo to life.
    • You willtrack the performance of these promos and use that data to furtherimprove your promos.
    • You will also be writingsupporting ad copies and descriptions to ensure your promoswin

    Qualifications:
    • Mustbe able to communicate and understandEnglish language. Knowledge of theHindi language is a plus.
    • Relevant experiencewith a portfolio of successful promotional scripts and creativewriting work.
    • Exceptional storytelling skillswith an understanding of the auditorymedium.
    • Good at understanding what parts of along show can be sold in the market via a shorterformat.
    • Generate innovative ideas forpromotional campaigns.
    • Experience in using AItools like ChatGPT Plus for scripting research &more.
    • Flexible writing style adaptable todifferent genres and demographics.
    • Openness tofeedback and willingness to iterate based on collaborativeinput.
    • Manage multiple projects efficientlydelivering highquality promotional scripts within specifiedtimelines.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamicfastpacedenvironment.
