    Business Manager - Delhi, India - CSM Technologies

    Description

    CSM Technologies is looking for qualified candidates having relevant experience in IT Sales. The selected candidate will manage the entire sales in the respective territories, achieve the weekly/monthly/annual sales targets, generate revenue growth and build new business relationships in the required territories.

    Experience: 10+ Years

    Qualification: MBA/ PGDM

    Job Profile

    1. To establish Central Govt. & Public Sector Business by using established old relationship.
    2. To manage the software solution sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
    3. To build new opportunity, progress them, lead up to closure
    4. To create sustainable business model for the organization by bringing new accounts; own the responsibility for end to end
    5. Meet and exceed sales target by order volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.
    6. Develop sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.
    7. To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the organization
    8. Increase the depth and breadth of CSM Tech knowledge in the Ministries, Public Sector organizations and discover new opportunities
    9. Should deliver quarterly sales order quota from new accounts
    10. Developing strategies for win- win situation for both organisation & clients
    11. Regular use of sales CRM to effectively plan and measure sales activities.

    Candidate Profile

    1. Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Central Government & Public Sector business
    2. Should have effective exposure to 'Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales', 'Software Sales' (Not into Hardware Sales)
    3. Should have proven track record of successful sales target achievement
    4. Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C suite levels
