- To establish Central Govt. & Public Sector Business by using established old relationship.
- To manage the software solution sales in the given territory, forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
- To build new opportunity, progress them, lead up to closure
- To create sustainable business model for the organization by bringing new accounts; own the responsibility for end to end
- Meet and exceed sales target by order volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.
- Develop sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.
- To implement sales strategies that further drives enhanced revenue generation for the organization
- Increase the depth and breadth of CSM Tech knowledge in the Ministries, Public Sector organizations and discover new opportunities
- Should deliver quarterly sales order quota from new accounts
- Developing strategies for win- win situation for both organisation & clients
- Regular use of sales CRM to effectively plan and measure sales activities.
- Candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of Central Government & Public Sector business
- Should have effective exposure to 'Bespoke / Customized IT Application Sales', 'Software Sales' (Not into Hardware Sales)
- Should have proven track record of successful sales target achievement
- Should have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at C suite levels
