Job description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri), networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate the offer process by negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are documented.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

What We Are Looking For:

4-6 years of experience in the IT field.
Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role in the IT industry.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR databases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
Experience recruiting for specific IT roles (e.g., Front end developers , backend developers , Phython developers).
Familiarity with technical assessment tools and techniques.
Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and goals.
