    · Significant IT Recruiting experience with a proven track record in delivery.

    · Ability to connect with Stakeholders and understand the requisitions.

    Experience: 4-5 years

    Location: Chennai (WFO)-Navalur-SIPCOT IT Park

    Notice Period: Immediate to 15days only

    Responsibilities:-

    • Write and publish new job posts.
    • Post jobs on job sites, etc.
    • Engage with team members to refer potential candidates.
    • Screen resumes and shortlist resumes matching with the job requirements.
    • Perform technical screening to assess the ability of the candidates to be considered for the interview process.
    • Maintain effective communication with candidates through the recruitment process (via email, WhatsApp, calls etc.)
    • Onboard candidates by following the firm onboarding policy and procedures
    • Identify new recruiting channels to keep increasing the candidate pipeline.
    • Find creative ways to source candidates and motivate candidates to consider the open positions in the firm.

    Requirements for successful candidate:

    • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree with Banking Domain experience is required,
    • 4 years of experience in Technical recruitment
    • Good understanding of technology landscape, tools & evolving trends
    • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
    • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Dynamic and extrovert in nature, capable of good networking skills.
