    Job Title: Growth Marketer - Performance Marketing Specialist

    Location: Chennai

    We are searching for a dynamic Growth Marketer with expertise in performance marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic marketing campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement holistic growth marketing strategies that encompass performance marketing tactics to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

    Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making across various digital channels.

    Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with a focus on optimizing KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and LTV.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overarching business objectives.

    Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously optimize campaign performance and drive incremental improvements in key metrics.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

    Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify areas for differentiation and growth acceleration.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related.

    Proven track record of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and driving measurable results.

    Expertise in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.

    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions to achieve business objectives.

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights in a clear and compelling manner.

    Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

    Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
