    Description

    Overview:

    The TeamLeader in our US & UK Process plays a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation of the team overseeing theirperformance and driving the team towards achieving its goals. Thisrole is essential for maintaining high standards of customerservice and ensuring effective team productivity within the US& UK process.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Supervising andguiding team members to ensure productivity andefficiency
    • Developing and implementingstrategies to improve team performance
    • Handlingescalations and complex customerinquiries
    • Conducting performance evaluationsand providing feedback to teammembers
    • Monitoring team performance andidentifying areas for improvement
    • Providingleadership and direction to the team
    • Ensuringcompliance with company policies andprocedures
    • Resolving team conflicts andissues
    • Coordinating with other departments toensure smooth workflow
    • Assisting in therecruitment and training of new teammembers
    • Reporting on team performance andprogress to upper management
    • Ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction
    • Implementingeffective communication channels within theteam
    • Creating a positive and motivating workenvironment
    • Managing schedules and shifts forthe team

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree orequivalent work experience
    • Proven experience ina leadership or supervisory role
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Strongproblemsolving abilities
    • Ability to manage andmotivate a team
    • Indepth knowledge of US& UK process operations
    • Customerserviceoriented mindset
    • Ability to handleescalations and difficult situations
    • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
    • Proficiency in relevant computerapplications
    • Ability to work well underpressure
    • Understanding of performanceevaluation processes
    • Knowledge of relevantlegal and regulatory requirements
    • Flexibilityto work in shifts and adapt to changingschedules
