    Responsibilities



    • Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential clients, including individuals and businesses.

    • Assess clients' financial needs and objectives, and recommend appropriate lending products and services.

    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all lending products, services, and underwriting guidelines.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service during the application process, disbursals and repayment journeys.

    • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager and other team members to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

    • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, as set by the Inside Sales Manager.

    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
    • Familiarity with lending products and services is preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
