    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in South Delhi, Delhi, India, and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Experience in talent booking and organizing fashion shows is a plus
    • Knowledge of public relations and media relations is desired
    • Self-motivated and results-driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
    • Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to generate sales
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management regarding market conditions and potential growth areas
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation
