    Description

    Position Title: Enterprise Sales Manager

    Description:

    The individual in this role must have a strong background in Enterprise Solution Sales within the Discrete Manufacturing industry. They should possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a drive to surpass sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and exceed sales order objectives
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads while managing existing customers
    • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
    • Align PreSales team to provide tailored solutions
    • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity qualification to closure
    • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team

    Education/Experience:

    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a preference for an MBA. They must demonstrate a winner mentality, goal-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and industry connections.

    • Enterprise Solutions including Generative AI, ML, NLP, PaaS, and SaaS

    Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue and growth targets. Stay informed about industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

    Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    Identify new business opportunities through networking. Act as the primary contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Sales Pipeline Management:

    Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to business growth. Keep internal stakeholders updated on sales performance and market trends.

    Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 7 years of work experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
    • Preferably an MBA
    • Demonstrated success in sales
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Travel:

    This position is based in Bangalore, with approximately 60% travel across India and potential overseas opportunities.
