    Position Overview: We're seeking a meticulous Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to join RMT Engineering, a premier software development firm. This role involves meticulously reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), crafting comprehensive executive summaries, and overseeing all aspects of proposal submissions.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, impeccable attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    RFP Review:

    • Thoroughly assess RFP documents from diverse sources.
    • Analyze technical requirements, project scopes, and evaluation criteria.

    Executive Summaries:

    • Develop concise executive summaries highlighting key RFP components.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and tailor summaries.

    Proposal Submission Documentation:

    • Compile all necessary documentation for proposal submissions.
    • Ensure adherence to RFP formatting, submission deadlines, and regulatory standards.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Legal, Finance) to align on proposal strategies.
    • Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors to enhance proposal offerings.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct rigorous reviews of submission materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Implement quality assurance best practices to enhance submission quality.

    Market Intelligence:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen the company's competitive position.

    Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Serve as a technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders throughout the proposal process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales, business development, or similar roles within software development.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in document preparation tools and project management software.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of experience in responding entire RFPs process
    • Experience with government RFPs and procurement processes.
    • Proven track record of successful proposal submissions and contract wins.

    Location:

    • Gurugram, Haryana with occasional travel as needed.
