    Description

    The company operates an Atlassian environment including several instances of Jira, Confluence, and few add-ins.

    The Atlassian administrator handles basic support tasks (user provisioning, provide end-users assistance), ensures optimal operation of the platform, and resolves issues in a timely fashion. He will also be in charge of configuring, upgrading components of the Atlassian environments as required.

    This role also includes an aspect of trading application support (front office, middle office) under the Market Operations team during the Atlassian activities downtime.

    Key Atlassian products (and add-ins) configuration.Maintain Atlassian components up-to-date.User provisioning.Monitoring and capacity planning (disk storage, database).Trading application support: configuration, basic assistance, troubleshooting and log file analysis.Skills / experience required:

    • 3-5 years of experience administering Atlassian products.
    • Knowledge of CROWD and integration with Active Directory.
    • Unix intermediate level skills.
    • Proficient in SQL.
    • Appetite to learn new technologies.
    • Knowledge of FX, US Treasuries, or Future markets is a plus.
    • Good understanding of FIX protocol is a plus.
    Additional Comments:
    • Good time management skills required and the ability to work independently is important.
    • First class communication skills at all levels from Junior to Board level are essential.
    • Flexibility and dedication are required to provide the ultimate customer service to all sectors of our client base.
