    Job Summary & Responsibilities:

    • Candidate should have experience in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services, and Building Services.
    • Strong in technical skills and a team player.
    • Should have worked with local consultants and be aware of the HVAC market.
    • Knowledgeable on the latest trends in the HVAC industry and capable of handling tenders.
    • Able to work independently and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
    • Competitive analysis knowledge is a plus.
    • Willingness to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems.
    • Experience in handling Project Sales is preferred.
    • Experience in working with HVAC Consultants, Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare, Data Centre, Pharma.
    • Traveling is a requirement for this role.
    • Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue on a month-on-month basis.
    • Responsible for Generating Leads and Order Closures.
    • Good experience in the Assigned Market.

    Products: Pumps, Cooling towers, pressurization tanks, Piping, Insulation, Valves, plant room automation & retrofit, IBMS.

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ Years of experience.
    • Proven track record of developing and closing new business.
    • Strong presentation skills and experience in pricing systems.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or related discipline.
    • Region Handling – West, based out of Mumbai.
    • Engineer (B.E) with MBA degree will provide added advantage.
