    ONN Bikes - Dealer Development Manager - Automotive


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies to identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners across designated territories.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and evaluate market potential.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
    • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with franchise partners, ensuring alignment with ONN Bikes' objectives and standards.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize franchise performance and drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement training programs for franchise partners to enhance operational efficiency and customer service standards.
    • Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform franchise development strategies.

    Skills and Qualifications required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in partner/distribution or franchise channel acquisition, preferably in the mobility or automobile or related industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring franchise partners.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
