    Executive Secretary - Mumbai, India - Pammvi Group Of Companies

    Description

    The candidate for this position will be successful if they are able to execute a variety of secretarial duties of a confidential nature. These tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented.

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative functions such as managing logistics
    • First point of contact/representative for clients
    • Travel bookings
    • Scheduling of Appointments
    • Coordination as per business requirements
    • Payment followups to be entered in the system
    • Coordinating with suppliers
    • Follow up with banks with reference to credit cards and credit systems
    • Participating in exhibitions abroad if required.

    Job Requirements

    • Should have 3-4 years secretarial experience
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Good with computers
    • Only Females

    Job Type: Full-time

    • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

    Experience:
