    Job Title: BD/Sales Associate - Marketing & Advertising

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    • Cold Calling and Database Building : Take ownership of building a prospect database and engaging in cold calling. Initiate conversations with potential clients to generate interest and identify opportunities.
    • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities across different verticals. Research and target potential clients that align with our services and values.
    • Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients. Understand their unique requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.
    • Pitching and Presentations: Collaborate with the team to contribute to pitches and presentations. Take a lead role in personally pitching to clients, showcasing our services, and highlighting the value we can bring to their business.
    • Client Servicing: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries. Ensure seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Collaboration with Manager: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop innovative offerings that align with market trends and client demands. Contribute ideas to enhance revenue generation from existing accounts.
    • Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback to management about client preferences, market trends, and competition. Use this insight to refine our services and strategies.
    • Business Meetings: Take the initiative to arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients. Present our services persuasively and address client objectives effectively.
    • Promotion of Services: Strategize ways to effectively promote our company's services to potential clients. Anticipate and address client objectives to showcase the value of our solutions.
    • After-Sales Support: Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met even after the initial sale. Provide support, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for upselling.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Understand their evolving needs and align our services accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to marketing and advertising industries.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
    • Strong analytical capabilities to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Proven experience in client servicing, showcasing a customer-centric approach.
    • Preference is given to candidates with prior agency experience.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting to build a client database.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
