    Sales executive (2 to 5 Yrs Experience in Mattress or foam sales)Regional sales manager (5+ Yrs Experience in Mattress or foam sales)

    Mattress and foam sales. Irrelevant industry applicants will be rejected


    Reporting Location:
    Pollachi, Coimbatore

    QualificationsMust have experience in Mattress, Furnishing, Paint, Adhesives, or Decor industry.

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

    Strong project management and leadership skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and trendsAbility to analyze and interpret marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools

    Responsibilities:
    To implement market strategies.

    To be task orientedTo guide managers and DistributorsTo create and analysis MIS ReportsTo coordinate with advertisement activityTo Plan and organize Distributors and dealer meets.

    To co-ordinate and approve work schedules of ManagersTo maintain minimum stock levels in branches based on projection.
