    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in New Delhi. The role entails full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent across various industries.
    Qualifications

    Strong experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiringHands-on experience with employer brandingExcellent interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate fitOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesAdept at using recruitment tools and technologiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldExperience in Executive Search is a plus
