We provide assessment of vessel conditions, analysis of investment risks, forecasting of major vessel capital and operating expenditures, evaluation of vessel performance, and more. Our expertise and value-for-money analysis help minimize financial and operational risks for long-term business growth.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at SINOTECH Marine in Noida, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions in the maritime industry. The daily tasks include job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and making hiring recommendations. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and selecting candidates
    • Knowledge of the maritime industry and associated job requirements
    • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to effectively evaluate and assess candidates
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
