    Description
    Mission of RoleThisrole will play an important part in few of the key talentacquisition projects and shall participate in our growthjourney
    • Work with recruitment teamin creating and implementing sourcing strategies for variousbusiness units
    • Source talent from varioussourcing channels i.e. career website referrals job boards LinkedInrecruitment agencies etc.
    • Proactively work onopen positions with the sense of urgency andquality
    • Develop talent pipelines for futurehiring needs
    • Reach out to passive candidatesand keep them warm for future roles
    • Maintain& uphold process and dataintegrity
    • Must have IT and NON IT hiringexperience.
    This role willprimarily involve:
    • Excellentresearch sourcing candidate engagement and stakeholder managementskills.
    • Proven experience of successfullyworking on niche roles PAN India
    • Handsonexperience on various sourcing channels
    • Strongverbal and written communication skills
    • Abilityto multitask with good time managementskills
    • Organized with the ability to prioritizeand complete tasks within definedSLAs.
    • Excellent judgment and the ability tomake quick decisions when working with complexsituations.
    • High degree of integritytrustworthiness and confidence; represents the company and itsmanagement team with the highest level ofprofessionalism.
    EducationRequirements
    • Bachelors degreepreferred in related technicalfield
