    As a
    Talent AcquisitionSpecialist Noida at Opkey you will workon a range of HR initiatives partnering with the Functional headsto support them with all the areas related with RecruitmentBuilding a strong culture Organisational development New HR any other project related withpeople.


    Roles andResponsibilities:

    Use various methods to recruit and network with potentialcandidates including hiring portal and social mediahiring. Develop andimplement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process andoutcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implementcreative sourcing strategies; gather research effectively; makedirect contact calls; network and leverage relevant social mediaand employeereferrals. Buildmanage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates for criticalpositions & ensure active and direct participation in therecruitmentlifecycle. Conductpreliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest personalityand salaryrequirementsProvide feedback to management about details regardingapplications BuildsRelationships with Agencies and staffing firms & buildspartnerships and manage the procurement and measurementprocess. Meet withHuman Resources to have a fullscale understanding of hiring needsand available positions within thecompany. Open toworking on other HR activities i.e operation employee engagementetc.

    Desired CandidateProfile: Provenwork experience of 4 years in technicalhiring. Experiencein bulk hiring campus hiring in SAP and Oracleprofiles.
    Immediate JoinersPreffered.Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and ApplicantTracking Systems.
    Solid communicationskills. Experiencein Startuporganization. ITproduct base company experiencepreferred.
