    Description

    Our client is the undisputed market leader in the Room Air Conditioner category for more than a decade, consistently maintaining the No. 1 position, and has steadily maintained its lead over the competition. They are in construction of the new manufacturing facility is spread over 150 acres. The Company has planned to invest over Rs 500 crores in this factory, for RAC manufacturing, over the next couple of years. This facility will ensure that all the products manufactured in this facility are competitive on a global scale.

    Roles & Responsibilty:

    • Should have hand on experience in AC manufacturing industry, particularly Heat exchanger shop.
    • Keeps equipment operational by coordinating with all internal customers for maintenance and repair services.
    • Increase in Machine Up-time
    • Control on maintenance cost
    • Improvement's/ Automation to increase PQCDSM
    • Tool Room Maintenance
    • Key role in 5S maintenance
    • Able to handle subordinates independently inc shift management
    • Maintain Professional and Technical Knowledge by attending various workshops.
    • Preventive Maintenance
    • Liasioning activities
    • Project activities
    • Breakdown handling
    • Daily MIS, Monthly MIS
    • Spare part Management
    • ISO 9001,14001,45001 management
