    This is an entrepreneurial journey for a highly motivated individual who thrives in the early stages of startup life. You'll be at the forefront of everything, from interacting, onboarding, and maintaining long-term relations with our vendors. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, develop diverse skills, and be a key player in the growth story.

    Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

    • Vendor Champion: Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential vendors who align with our business goals and target audience.
    • Relationship Maestro: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors, fostering trust and collaboration.
    • Negotiation Ninja: Secure win-win agreements that benefit both parties and drive mutual growth.
    • Onboarding Guru: Guide new vendors through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
    • Growth Hacker: Analyze market trends, identify new partnership opportunities, and develop innovative strategies to expand our vendor network.
    • Data Detective: Utilize CRM tools to track progress, measure success, and generate insightful reports to optimize future strategies.
    • Brand Ambassador: Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm, fostering a positive brand image in the Bangalore market.

    We're looking for someone who is:

    • A go-getter with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. (Grad/Post Grad)
    • A licensed two-wheeler rider will be helpful but not mandatory, as this is a field role.
    • Self-driven and target-oriented, with a proven track record of success.
    • A quick learner and resourceful problem-solver, who can think on their feet and come up with creative solutions.
    • A master communicator with strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized with a professional attitude and presentable personality.
    • Tech-savvy, and proficient in using MS Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

    Bonus Points for:

    • Experience working in the Bangalore market.
    • Understanding of our industry and target audience.
    • A strong network of vendors and industry contacts.
