    Job Title: Director of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

    Location: Bengaluru, KA

    Job Summary:

    The Director of Recruitment and Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals. This role will lead a team of recruitment professionals, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and retains high-caliber talent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the organization attracts and selects the best-fit candidates.
    • Develop and implement effective talent sourcing and selection strategies.
    • Foster strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

    Employee Development:

    • Create and manage a comprehensive employee development program to enhance skills and promote career growth.
    • Identify training needs and design training programs to address skill gaps.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of development initiatives and make continuous improvements.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement a robust performance management system, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
    • Ensure the organization's performance management process is fair, transparent, and tied to individual and organizational goals.

    Succession Planning:

    • Develop and maintain a succession planning framework to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.

    Talent Analytics:

    • Utilize data and analytics to make informed talent decisions and provide insights to the executive team.
    • Regularly assess and report on key talent metrics and KPIs.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
    • Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    Compliance and Legal:

    • Ensure all talent management practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and legal changes affecting talent management.
