    Job Description :

    Technology Strategy and Innovation :

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals in the insurance and FinTech sectors.
    • Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and trends relevant to the industry.

    Systems Architecture and Development :

    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable technology solutions.
    • Ensure the efficient operation of technology systems, including core insurance platforms and FinTech applications.

    Digital Transformation :

    • Lead the digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate digital solutions across the organization.

    Data Security and Compliance :

    • Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards governing the insurance and financial sectors.

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :

    • Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and other stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
    • Provide technical expertise to support strategic decisionmaking.

    Team Leadership and Development :

    • Build and lead a highperforming technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

    Vendor Management :

    • Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring costeffectiveness and the delivery of highquality services.
