    Enterprise Account Executive (B2B SaaS Sales - US Region)

    Work Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM ISTLocation: Baner, Pune

    Role Overview:
    We are looking for a self driven Enterprise Account Specialist with experience in B2B Sales to join our team. The candidate should be ambitious, result oriented with great attention to details. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team.

    Responsibilities:
    Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and target segment to better serve the clients.
    Attending inbound customer inquiries.
    Identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
    Contacting potential customers on LinkedIn, via phone calls and emails.
    Conduct demo meetings and help customers choose the right offering.
    Handle objections, negotiate and win new customers.
    Leverage partners to meet assigned revenue goals.


    Requirements:2 to 5 years of Enterprise sales experience as a Sales Executive / Account Executive in a B2B SaaS/IT Software/IT Products Company.

    Current or prior experience in managing global sales in the region - North America /USExperience in managing complex sales cycles & prior experience of managing & achieving sales quotaAmbitious, result-oriented and has a great attention to detail.

    Strong convincing skills with active listening ability.
    Effective communication skills.

    Good to have:
    Solution or consultative sales experienceHas worked at growth stage startupPrevious experience in HR-tech Sales.
    Education background of Computer Engineering and MBA
